Description:

1. Enclosed please find the Application Guidelines and the List of Partner Universities for the 2026-2027 Exchange Program. We kindly request your assistance in announcing this opportunity to your students.

2. The online application system will be open from 8:00 AM on February 23 (Mon.), 2026, to 5:00 PM on March 2 (Mon.), 2026.

3. Applicants must prepare their application forms and required documents in accordance with their respective departments' deadlines. Departments are requested to complete the eligibility review and recommendation process, and submit the compiled student applications via official document to the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs by 5:00 PM on March 3 (Tue.), 2026.
